The first quarter of the year has come to an end with a couple of good cd's dropping. G-Unit comes out swinging on Elephant in the Sand a must have for any 50 Cent fan. If you thought the album Curtis was weak Elephant is your reward. Rider pt.2 already on the radio is the best G-Unit song to date. The Raconteurs, Consolers of the Lonely is no sophmore jinx. After listening to the cd a couple of times I still can't find one track worthy of the skip button. (Also released on vinyl for all the real fans of music). Vampire Weekend is a new band that put's a smile on my face everytime I hear A-Punk. Erykah Badu gets back to her roots with New Amerykah, a funkfest from start to finish. Then there's The Greatest Rapper Alive Lil Wayne ending his Drought mixtape series with The Drought is Over 5. A sneak peak at what The Carter III will be Weezy once again delivers some of the best stuff out there and he does it so effortlessly. Easily one of the best mixtapes of the year. Whatcha think I was going to say, he's the best YA DIGG!!!!
